Presezzi Extrusion does not consider an order completed once a press has been delivered, as the delivery only marks the starting point of the work for both our customer as well as Presezzi as the supplier company.

Even after our machines have been assembled, installed and commissioned, they are followed and monitored at all times by our After Sales Service department, one of our major strengths, with a team of highly specialized professionals for assisting customers during the extrusion and production process.

Our data management system can automatically manage one or more complete extrusion lines by using a pre-recorded production log database.


Our after sales service department is dedicated to helping customers find the best solution to any problems that may arise in the plant. If on-site service is required, a service visit can be made by one of our many highly skilled technicians in order to identify the best corrective action or any further measures to be implemented if necessary.
If, on the other hand, spare parts are need to be ordered, whether they are standard or non-standard, our technical staff will be pleased to quickly provide customers with the assistance necessary and the best offer for the spare parts required.


Every press or system supplied by Presezzi is equipped with a modem in order to provide an instant initial remote access , providing customer service directly via a dedicated VPS connection through the Internet. This remote service allows us to identify any problems in real-time and, whenever possible, resolve failures or stoppages directly from our facilities, thus saving time to reduce down times to a minimum and increase productivity.


Presezzi offer its customers its patented anti-seizing, non polluting spray lubricating treatment which is used at various stages in the profile extrusion process (used mainly for lubricating the dummy block, butt-shear and scalper for example).
